I'm Carrie, a qualified Naturopath and Neuroenergetic Kinesiologist based in Urliup, nestled amongst the beautiful hills of the Tweed Valley where I practice from my home clinic.

I am originally an Adelaide girl who fell in love with the Northern Rivers more than two decades ago, when I first began studying Naturopathy at Southern Cross University.

I’ve spent more than 25 years immersed in natural health, and for the past 10 years I've had the privilege of supporting people through one-to-one clinical practice, both in person and online.

​

I am passionate about addressing not only the physical imbalances underlying your symptoms, but the emotional, energetic and spiritual imbalances that may be influencing your health too.

I am a great believer in the integration of evidence-based natural medicine, with both the wisdom of traditional therapies and the power of energy healing.

My work is centred around recognising patterns and connecting the dots. Over the years, I’ve become less interested in chasing symptoms and more interested in understanding the bigger picture - how our nervous system, emotions, nutrition, mineral status, environment and life experiences shape our health.

It’s an approach that blends science with spirituality, clinical experience with intuition, and always sees the person before the symptoms.
